Skeena Data Centers is developing a large-scale data center campus in Terrace, British Columbia, designed as a utility-style digital infrastructure platform.
We deliver powered shell or up to the rack private data centers from 5MW to 50 MW on freehold industrial land, resilient energy from multiple power sources, optimized fiber connectivity, ground and municipal water, with shared campus services to support enterprise, colocation, cloud, hyperscale and AI workloads.

Most data center projects are constrained by power availability, land readiness, and connectivity, often resulting in higher costs and delayed deployment.
Skeena solves these challenges upfront by developing and owning the foundational infrastructure that data centers depend on. This approach delivers significantly lower costs for power, water, network access, and ongoing maintenance, while accelerating deployment and supporting long term, stable operations.
By enabling operators to deploy on fully serviced land with flexible ownership structures, Skeena allows partners to focus on compute while retaining ownership of a durable and valuable data center asset. This model transforms digital infrastructure from a development constraint into a scalable utility platform.

Skeena provides an integrated campus designed for private, owner-operated data centers:
Our model allows owners and operators to focus on compute, not infrastructure complexity.

Skeena’s energy strategy prioritizes low-carbon power and long-term reliability. Current power load build out capacity is 300 MW.
The project is anchored by direct substation to substation access to hydroelectric power, with scalable natural gas power generation.
The project includes proven geothermal sources adjacent to the site, wind farms and near shore river turbines to support base load, redundancy and backup power. This flexible approach enables reliability at scale while supporting Canada’s clean energy objectives.

Terrace, British Columbia combines the infrastructure requirements of large scale data center development with the livability needed to attract and retain talent. The region offers access to abundant low carbon hydroelectric power, cool ambient temperatures, and industrial zoned land suitable for campus scale growth. It is located near the deep sea port of Prince Rupert, with direct rail and highway connections across western and central Canada.
Terrace is a regional hub of over 12,000 residents, serviced daily by three airlines, and supported by a new hospital, an established workforce, and strong municipal and Indigenous partnerships. Widely regarded as one of the most livable communities in northern British Columbia, Terrace offers immediate access to outdoor recreation, world class fishing, and a high quality of life that supports long term operational stability.
